Corn Salad
Ingredients
1 can white shoepeg corn
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup medium purple onion, chopped fine
1 large tomato, diced
1 tblsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix and chill before serving.
