Ingredients:
1 lb. pecans, chopped
1 lb. pecans, chopped
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1/3 cup bourbon
1/2 cup honey
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Roll dough into balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
3. Place balls in airtight container, layered with powdered sugar, and allow to sit for three days before serving.
