Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen mango
½ of a large ripe banana
1 cup of freshly washed, firmly packed baby spinach
1 cup of light colored fruit juice, such as pineapple orange banana
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze 2-3 hours. Makes about 10 popsicles.
