Ingredients
1 Cup Quinoa
1 3/4 Cup Water
1 can drained garbanzo beans
3 roma tomatoes (diced)
4 cloves of crushed garlic
3 Tbsp Lime juice
Splash of Olive Oil
a handful of chopped cilantro
a bunch of chopped green onions
1 Tbsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Coook Quinoa & water in rice cooker or in a pot as you would rice
2. Mix in all other ingredients
