Graham Cracker Brittle (no chocolate)

Ingredients
2 sticks butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package (not a full box) graham crackers

Preparation
Line baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Line up graham crackers on pan. Melt butter in sauce pan and add sugar. Cook on low hear, stirring constantly until bubbly (about 3 minutes). Stir in pecans and pour mixture over graham crackers. Bake for about 13 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool thoroughly and break apart.
