Pepper Roast (Ann's)

Ingredients
1 physically round beef roast
Cavender's Greek Seasoning
Black pepper

Preparation
Cover entire outside of roast with a generous coating of Cavender's and black pepper.

Place roast in a large enough foil-covered shallow pan that no part of roast touches sides of pan. Do not cover roast.

To determine how long to cook the roast, multiply the weight of the roast by:
5 minutes for rare
6 minutes for medium
7 minutes for well done

Cook at 500 degrees for above number of minutes ONLY. Turn off oven and DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR FOR 2 HOURS. Serve immediately.
